Xu Yuanyuan (;〔(第二届北京市大学生国际象棋团体赛隆重开幕 )〕 born March 8, 1981)〔(中国国际象棋运动员等级分数据库 )〕 is a Chinese WGM-titled chess player. ==Chess career== In October 1997 Xu won the World U16 Girls Chess Championship in Yerevan, and in 2000, also in Yerevan, she won by a large margin (with a score of 11/13—she began with seven consecutive wins until a loss in the 8th round but continued after that quite strongly) the World Junior Girls U-20 Championship.
